Pranayam and It's Benefits
Starts at 11:00 am - 2:00 pm with short break in between . Pranayama is a formal practice of controlling the breath, which is the source of our prana, or vital life force. Students will gain a better understanding of pranayama exercises, poses, techniques, sequences and benefits.

About the Event
At this workshop Hershji will instruct students on practical applications of this ancient wisdom, followed by Last 30 mins of Q & A. Beginners and advanced Students of yoga are welcome to attend.
