We will start our day at 9.30 am with cleansing taught by Hersh & Mike Khetarpal.

10.00 am - 11.00 am Hatha Yog led by Marina Lisjonok

11.00 - 11.30 Meditation Led by Hersh with David Young's live flute music

12.00 - Havan Ceremony - Prayers for World Peace.
