Chaturthah pranayam
These Pranayam are from Patanjali's Yog Sutras.
One must practice Jal Neti daily to move onto these pranayams.
On this day you must bring your Yoga Mat, notebook, pen, and a small hand towel.
( We will NOT be using Kleenex during this pranayam).
We will start at 9.30 Sharp

10.00 - 12.00 Advanced Pranayam
a light Lunch will be served.
