Shri Chaman Lal Kapur Ji (Retd. Director of Education), the great disciple of

Swami Shri Mulakh Raj Ji, now is the Pradhanacharya (Chief-In-Charge) of Yog Sadhan Ashram, 3-L Model Town, Hoshiarpur (Punjab, India) and all the branches originating from the Yog Sadhan Ashram, Hoshiarpur. Yog Sadhan Ashram, Hoshiarpur was established in 1952 with the divine grace of Swami Shri Mulakh Raj Ji. A large number of people from all walks of life and different parts of country come here to learn yoga and to attain their devotion and mental peace. Infinite number of people got cured their harmonic diseases through Yoga Asanas and Shat Karmas which they learned and still continuing learning at Yog Sadhan Ashram. 

The universe is the temple of God, but without the Guru, darkness reigns supreme. And those that think otherwise, they are the most ignorant of people. The True Guru is the deep vast ocean of peace, the destroyer of sin; he who served the Guru, for him there is no punishment of the Yama; no one equals Guru. I have searched the whole world through. The true Guru hath given me the treasure of the name, and my mind is filled with gladness.

Three essentials for the progress of the soul to the Lord are:

• Satguru - True Master

• Satsangat - The Congeration of the votaries presided over by the Master

• Sat Naam - The True Name.
